Entry and Departure Policy:

Early Check In/Late Check Out:

If you require an early check in or late check out, please advise as far in advance as possible. While we are not able to guarantee an early check in or late check out, we will do our best to accommodate your request; both are based on availability.

Access:

    • Parking: Complimentary parking is available next to your bungalow

Booking Requirements:

Advance Notice:
To ensure an excellent experience, we require 24 hours advance notice for arrivals and do not accept same day reservations online. If you require a same day reservation, please send an inquiry for consideration.

Minimum Stay:
There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement.

Maximum Stay:
There is a 31 night maximum stay per reservation. If you require a longer stay, please send an inquiry for consideration.

Payment Methods:
We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy:

• • • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, and at least 14 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds for reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival.
    • No refunds for early departure.
    • Changes are allowed and are subject to current rates and availability.
    • Any credit card refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase or guarantee.

Taxes:
Rates do not include 13% VAT. Please note tax rates are subject to change without notice.

Payments and Deposits:

• • • The full amount of the reservation, including the 13% VAT, is due at time of booking.
    • Credit cards will be charged automatically, at time of reservation.
    • Accepted Forms of Payment: Visa, MasterCard

Facilities Policies:

• • • Non Smoking Facility. There is no smoking on property. Guests will be required to leave the property in order to smoke. If caught smoking on-site, you will be asked to leave, no refund will be given for any unspent nights.
    • Mana Beach Bungalows is an Adult Only Facility. No infants or children under the age of 17 are permitted on property. No exceptions.
    • Two persons maximum per room.
    • No Pets. Service Animals are welcome. Emotional Support and Therapy Animals are not permitted.

Events:
Mana Beach Bungalows does not allow individual guests to host events on property. However, if you would like to rent the entire property for your event, please submit an email request for consideration.
